Sensorial reviews of the beers I tried at home, which by no means I intend for them to be treated as professional. They are more like beer tasting and english writing exercises.

Three Monkeys Beer | I’m Damn Sour

Three Monkeys Beer | I’m Damn Sour

We have Tropicality! We have Paaaassion Fruuuiiit! We have Draaaagon Fruiiiit! Come, shopper! In here there’s fruit, malt, hop, yeast and water. But in a very different, uncommon, excentric way. But wait, we aren’t that sour. I’m Damn Sour is the fourth of our Sour line. A fresh, sour-ish, delicious beer. A fruit juice. A visual that comes from the dragon fruit presence. Unmistakable passion fruit taste and aroma. Only today, dear customer. It’s cheap as chips! You’ll like it. And, if you don’t, I’m Damn Sour.

Bayerische Staatsbrauerei Weihenstephan | Weihenstephaner Hefeweissbier Dunkel

Bayerische Staatsbrauerei Weihenstephan | Weihenstephaner Hefeweissbier Dunkel

Our dark wheat beer is impressive with its creamy white foam. The beer features a fruity-fresh sweetness and hints of mature banana, which harmonize with delicious flavors of roasted malt. Hefeweissbier Dunkel is sparkling and full-bodied with a light caramel taste on the first sip, and is an excellent accompaniment to hearty meals and game, as well as chocolate and nut desserts. This beer is brewed according to our centuries-old brewing tradition on the Weihenstephan hill.

Schneider Weisse | TAP 2 - Mein Kristall

Schneider Weisse | TAP 2 - Mein Kristall

Perfect for special occasions: “Mein Kristall” - the prickly crystal “Weissbier” free of yeast, the ideal choice for a stimulating aperitif, served in a fine tall glass. With its delicate carbonation it’s a truly inspiring drink for getting attuned to a reception. It also goes astonishingly well with fish. But even in a classic wheat beer glass its never out of place.
