Our dark wheat beer is impressive with its creamy white foam. The beer features a fruity-fresh sweetness and hints of mature banana, which harmonize with delicious flavors of roasted malt. Hefeweissbier Dunkel is sparkling and full-bodied with a light caramel taste on the first sip, and is an excellent accompaniment to hearty meals and game, as well as chocolate and nut desserts. This beer is brewed according to our centuries-old brewing tradition on the Weihenstephan hill.
