“Our restlessness moves us! Our MACAU, in an ULTRA COFFEE version, counting with the support of Marcelo Franck from Franck’s Ultra Coffee. This Milk Stout has the Topázio variety coffee on its recipe, matured in whiskey barrels and roasted by the National Roasting Vice-Champion, Eduardo Escorsin. With a roast profile that extracted the utmost max of the coffee development without compromising the maturing process in the whiskey barrel, we completed the feast by adding cinnamon sticks. The result is (at least) curious? Come to the Front and enlist yourself to taste the MACAU #2.

On this restlessness mood that Salvador Brewing Co. created this beer: Ardenas, a Sour Ale that was maturated with japanese cucumber. It has received a Gold Metal on the Concurso Brasileiro de Cervejas on 2018 and 2019, and also was the Best of Show in 2019 on the Small Size Brewery category. It has a Berliner Weisse base that was fermented with a Farmhouse Saison yeast. A refreshing, light beer that has acidity on the right amount, ideal to be appreciated even on the most unusual of the attacks.
