Cervejaria Dádiva | Saison Printemps

Dádiva Printemps in unique. Made with peach and Brettanomyces Bruxellensis, it invites you to a wild horizon, full of mysteries, colors and aromas. All of that along with nature's lightness. (Source: Loosely translated from what's on the beer's label.)

  • Beer: Saison Printemps
  • Style: Saison (25B. Saison)
  • ABV: 5.9%
  • IBU: N/A
  • Brewery:
  • Look: golden color, semi-turbid, with a low-sized, good retention white head formation.
  • Aroma: there is a light yellow fruit presence, reminding of apricots. Also, there is a light presence of barnyard notes. Very light sweetness.
  • Taste: the taste follows the aroma closely, as there is a yellow fruit fruitiness that reminds of apricot. There is some sweetness, but it doesn’t last long. There is a very light sourness that suits really well the beer.
  • Mouthfeel: Medium-light body, high carbonation and a dry and short finish.
  • Overall: Very good saison. It’s a style that unfortunately isn’t brewed ofter in Brazil, which is quite sad.
