  • Beer: Sapiens
  • Style: American IPA (21A. American IPA)
  • ABV: 7.5%
  • IBU: 80
  • Brewery:
  • Look: yellow color, clear, with a great, long-lasting frothy white head formation that leaves marks on the glass.
  • Aroma: very light fruitiness, reminding of grapefruit, along with light floral notes.
  • Taste: fruity, at first, bringing grapefruit remembrance. Also, there is a strong presence of resinous notes. The end of the sip leaves a light resinousity on the mouth.
  • Mouthfeel: medium body, medium-high carbonation and a dry and long finish.
  • Overall: Good West Coast IPA. The assertive resinous notes are really interesting, along with the fruitiness.
