Cervejaria Dogma | TDH Rizoma

Our most famous IPA has a new version. The Triple Dry Hopped Rizoma got its ABV turbinated to 9.5% to give support to the 30g/L of hops divided between additions during the boiling and 3 Dry Hops in different moments of its production to guarantee a lot of complexity from citric, fruity and floral aromas! • Beer: TDH Rizoma
  • Style: Double IPA (22A. Double IPA)
  • ABV: 8.5%
  • IBU: N/A
  • Brewery:
  • Look: yellow color, clear, with a great white head formation that leaves marks on the glass.
  • Aroma: very pleasant combination of citric fruits, bringing remembrance of orange, passion fruit and pineapple. Light resinous and light to medium presence of alcohol notes.
  • Taste: as in the aroma, the taste is really fruit, reminding of orange and pineapple. The bitterness is in a medium level, but without harsh. Alcohol notes are also present in a medium level.
  • Mouthfeel: Medium-high body, medium-high carbonation and a dry and long finish.
  • Overall: Very good Double IPA. Really fruity, alcoholic, really bitter. However, I prefer the original Rizoma, because it’s more balanced.
