Japas Cervejaria | Sumô Double NE - Yuzu

Japas Cervejaria | Sumô Double NE - Yuzu

Sumo was our inspiration for this strong beer, a New England Imperial IPA with yuzu, a rare japanese citric fruit that is very aromatic, with sicilian lemon, tangerine and grapefruit notes. This powerful IPA also has a hefty amount of Citra and Cascade hops on its dry hopping, bringing even more strength to the citric features that come from the yuzu.
