The year: 2016. The project: Crowd Series. The first recipe: SMaSH Red IPA. Can you remember it? Back then, we used a hop that didn’t have an official name yet. We continuously were asked to bring back some of the Crowd Series beers back, and this is happening! We have here the new version of the SMaSH Red IPA, with a fruity and citric profile, using a single hop and malt varieties (Single Malt and Single Hop).

Salvador Brewing Co. | Spitfire Session IPL

Salvador Brewing Co. | Spitfire Session IPL

P-47 was a Giant in its time. Its size and fire power provoked terror on the German lines. With the same destruction power of this plane, this New England IPA arrives at the battlefield. Our P-47 has abusive loads of the Galaxy and Sabro hop varieties, responsible for an eruption of citric and tropical aromas like mango, passion fruit, pineapple and a soft coconut note. With its turbid and juicy look, it highlights each integral element in a perfect balance of flavors. Fasten your seat belts!!!
