Sensorial reviews of the beers I tried at home, which by no means I intend for them to be treated as professional. They are more like beer tasting and english writing exercises.

Salvador Brewing Co. | P-47 New England IPA

Salvador Brewing Co. | P-47 New England IPA

P-47 was a Giant in its time. Its size and fire power provoked terror on the German lines. With the same destruction power of this plane, this New England IPA arrives at the battlefield. Our P-47 has abusive loads of the Galaxy and Sabro hop varieties, responsible for an eruption of citric and tropical aromas like mango, passion fruit, pineapple and a soft coconut note. With its turbid and juicy look, it highlights each integral element in a perfect balance of flavors. Fasten your seat belts!!!

Cervejaria Satélite | SourSat P.05

Cervejaria Satélite | SourSat P.05

This time our venturer found a planet with an acid and red atmosphere due to the high amount of wild fruits in suspension. With a striking color, and unforgettable aroma and taste from the mix of blueberries, blackberries and raspberries, SourSat P.05 has a light funky on its taste and a balanced acidity that comes from the acidification process with lactobacillos and has a light Dry Hop load to increase the drinkability.

Salvador Brewing Co. | Desmond Juicy APA

Salvador Brewing Co. | Desmond Juicy APA

Desmond Doss was an United States Army medic that, during the World War II, refused to carry a weapon. During the Battle of Okinawa, he worked at the medical ward and saved approximately 75 lives. Desmond Juicy APA pays tribute to this warrior with a juicy and aromatic American Pale Ale, which brings on its recipe Citra, Mosaic and Motueka hops. Curious? Come to the front!
