The Hop Is In The Head was born when we still brewed homebrews. The idea behind this beer was always to unite classic hops with the newer ones in a simple and neutral malt base which would allow this ingredient to shine as the protagonist. On this first version, we united the traditional Citra and Galaxy with two newer ones that are drawing attention, the Aloha and the HBC 586! The result is a citric, fruity and floral IPA that combines Guava, Pineapple and Passion Fruit due to the 28g/L of hops that were used.
Double IPA that has the same base from the single hop Lover series, but it mixes the Citra and Simcoe hops, bringing resinous, citric and yellow fruit notes.
This series was idealized both for the geeks that want to abroad their sensorial knowledge about hops and for an IPA lover who wants a fresh and delicious product.
