Ruradélica Ales | Atelier #4 - Twin Peach

Ruradélica Ales | Atelier #4 - Twin Peach

Twin Peach, the newest creation from the project Atelier Ruradélica, is an extradimensional APA, which joins singular flavors to make this unique beer. Peach, vanilla, hops and more hops. Nice to meet you, Twin Peach. (Source: Loosely translated from the brewery's advertising material.)

  • Beer: Atelier #4 - Twin Peach
  • Style: American Pale Ale (29B. Fruit and Spice Beer - 18B. American Pale Ale with peach and vanilla)
  • ABV: 5%
  • IBU: 35
  • Brewery:
  • Look: yellow color, transparent, with a good white head formation;
  • Aroma: its aroma brings mainly fruity notes, bringing remembrance of peach and orange. Very light herbal aroma is present as well;
  • Taste: the sip starts bringing some herbal notes, which doesn’t last long, because a light peach fruitiness appears right after and takes place. If you slush the beer around the mouth, the peach presence becomes more noticeable. In the end of the sip, a light bitterness lingers on the palate;
  • Mouthfeel: Light to medium body, dry and short finish, with medium carbonation;
  • Overall: a good beer, as the other beers in this special project (Atelier Ruradélica) from Ruradélica Ales. Nice peach presence in this hoppy beer.
