Ruradélica Ales | Atelier #7 - Praga

We present you, Praga! Our seventh beer from the Atelier Ruradélica project. A Bohemian Pilsner that was fermented at 9C with the Urquell yeast strain and lots, lots of fresh Saaz. (Source: Loosely translated from the brewery's advertising material.)

  • Beer: Atelier #7 - Praga
  • Style: Bohemian Pilsner (3B. Czech Premium Pale Lager)
  • ABV: 5%
  • IBU: 40
  • Brewery:
  • Look: yellow color, transparent, with a medium white head formation;
  • Aroma: its aroma is mainly malty, with medium intensity, bringing bread-like notes. Also, there is some hop presence, bringing medium-low intensity floral notes.
  • Taste: its taste follows the aroma quite closely: medium intensity malty notes, bringing a bread-like feel, along with floral hop notes also medium intensity. There is a assertive bitterness, but not in an excessive way.
  • Mouthfeel: Light to medium body, dry and short finish, with medium-low carbonation;
  • Overall: a really good beer, as the other beers from the Atelier Ruradélica project. It’s hard to see a czech premium pale lager so well executed in Brazil.
This beer review was made by somebody which is studying every day to be a better beer drinker but, despite that, isn't a specialist or a beer sommelier. In advance, pardon for any gaffe. If you have any corrections or suggestions, please mail me.
