Salvador Brewing Co. + Cervejaria Everbrew | Everarmy

The restless Salvador and Everbrew minds joined forces to create Everarmy. A Triple IPA which will provoke terror in the battlefront. Fermented with a London Ale III and American Ale blend, it receives a generous hopping composed by Mosaic, Simcoe and Idaho 7. Soldier, wear your uniform and come to war! • Beer: Everarmy
  • Style: Triple IPA (21B. Specialty IPA: triple-strength New England IPA)
  • ABV: 10%
  • IBU: 95
  • Breweries:
  • Look: orange color, turbid, with a great white with orange highlights head formation that leaves marks on the glass;
  • Aroma: very fruity aroma, reminding of papaya, passion fruit and orange. In a low level, alcohol notes can be perceived. Subtle resinous notes are present as well.
  • Taste: as fruity as on the aroma, but here with a citric prominence, reminding of orange and grapefruit. Papaya notes are also present, but as secondary flavors. The bitterness is really present, in a high level, but no harshness can be perceived. Alcohol notes are also present, but not in an exaggerated way, blending well with the high bitterness. As the beer heated on the glass, peach-like notes could be perceived.
  • Mouthfeel: Full body, medium-high carbonation and a dry but long finish.
  • Overall: The daring attempt to make a Triple IPA was very successful on this Salvador + Everbrew collaboration. A very bold beer but, at the same time, a very well executed beer. Bravo.
