Salvador Brewing Co. + Koala San Brew | Mission Control Juicy DIPA

Salvador Brewing Co. + Koala San Brew | Mission Control Juicy DIPA

Salvador Brewing Co.'s infantry joined with Koala San Brew's infantry to come up with a tactical strategy: create a Juicy DIPA with a blend of the experimental hop HBC-472, Motueka and Mosaic. These were the weapons of choice of this operation! The final report reads: Juicy DIPA with citric and coconut aromas, with a considerable creaminess. • Beer: Mission Control Juicy DIPA
  • Style: Double New England IPA (21B. Specialty IPA: double-strenght New England IPA)
  • ABV: 8.4%
  • IBU: N/A
  • Breweries:
  • Look: orange color, turbid, with a great formation of a white head that leaves marks on the glass;
  • Aroma: strong presence of fruity notes, reminding mango, tangerine and coconut.
  • Taste: the taste follows the aroma quite closely, bringing notes of mango, tangerine and coconut. Also, there is a lower presence of resinous notes. The bitterness is in a low to medium level, without harshness.
  • Mouthfeel: Medium-high body, medium-high carbonation and a dry and long finish;
  • Overall: great Double NE IPA, as it was expected from a collab by these two great breweries.
