Is there Dragon Fruuuuuuit on it? YES! Is there RASPBERRY on it? YES! And you know what else? IT HAS LEMON! Come here, customer! In here there's fruit, malt, hops, yeast and water. But in a really different, uncommon, eccentric way. I'm Fucking Sour is the third beer of our Sour series. A fresh, tart, delicious beer. A fruit juice. Characteristic red dragon fruit visual. The unmistakable raspberry aroma and flavor. And the lemon's acidity. It isn't sugarcane juice, but you'll be licking your lips. You'll like it. And, if you don't, I'm Fucking Sour.   • Style: Sour Ale (28C. Wild Specialty Beer - Pale Ale with dragon fruit and raspberry fermented with Lactobacillus)
  • ABV: 6.3%

  • Look: pink color, turbid, with good formation of a white head;
  • Aroma: the aroma is dominated by raspberry notes. There is a light sour lactic sour notes presence as well;
  • Taste: as well as in the aroma, the raspberry dominates the beer’s flavor. The middle of the sip brings some “dust-like”/”earth-like” notes (maybe resembling a fruit peel - could be the pitaya). The end of the sip brings citric, lemon-like notes, as well as a medium acidity;
  • Mouthfeel: Light-medium body, high carbonation and a dry and short finish;
  • Overall: Really good sour ale. It delivers what it promises.
