With an unmistakable flavor, ginger is used in the japanese gastronomy, both on dishes and on teas and drinks. And it’s this ingredient that is the special touch in our Witbier. A delicate, refreshing and super flavorful style, that also has wheat and orange peels on its recipe. The name of this beer means “tasty” in japanese, and it was brewed specially to harmonize with light dishes, making you “Oishii” at the end of each sip. ;)

With the characteristic acidity of the style, being also light and refreshing, Sawā is the translation of “Sour” in japanese. The perfect base for a beer that, on this version, has Yuzu on its recipe, a japanese citric fruit that has a remarking acidity and that is extremely aromatic, reminding of a mix of sicilian lemon, tangerine and grapefruit. This sour ale also has the Citra and Cascade hops added on dry hopping, empowering even more the citric character of this rare fruit.

It’s impossible to think in Japan without reminding of so many “cute” characters from mangas and animes. And there, all this cuteness has a name: Kawaii. Besides that, it’s a culture that became a lifestyle with so many adepts around the world and that now became inspiration to our beer. It also means something innocent, pure, but not exclusively sweet, that’s why we created a Smoothie NE IPA, with a light bitterness, tasty, velvety and with a touch of blackberry and raspberry.

Japas and Dádiva have joined to pay a beer homage to all the workers of the coffee industry in Brazil. The first japanese immigrants that settled themselves in São Paulo have contributed to the enormous coffee expansion in the country. The result of this homage is Kōhī (coffee in japanese), a New England Double IPA, powerful and aromatic, that has the addition of Dekopon and Coffee.

With the characteristic acidity of the style, being also light and refreshing, Sawā is the translation of “Sour” in japanese. The perfect base for a beer that has Japanese Medlar on its recipe, fruit that has a remarking acidity, light sweetness and unmistakable flavor, which is cultivated in Japan for more than a thousand years, being this country the biggest producer of the fruit. We also added peach on the fermentation, increasing the complexity of aromas and flavors of the beer.
