“Our restlessness moves us! Our MACAU, in an ULTRA COFFEE version, counting with the support of Marcelo Franck from Franck’s Ultra Coffee. This Milk Stout has the Topázio variety coffee on its recipe, matured in whiskey barrels and roasted by the National Roasting Vice-Champion, Eduardo Escorsin. With a roast profile that extracted the utmost max of the coffee development without compromising the maturing process in the whiskey barrel, we completed the feast by adding cinnamon sticks.
