This Milk Stout has the Topázio variety coffee on its recipe, matured in whiskey barrels and roasted by the National Roasting Vice-Champion, Eduardo Escorsin. With a roast profile that extracted the utmost max of the coffee development without compromising the maturing process in the whiskey barrel, we completed the feast by adding cinnamon sticks.
